Order Processing

Apparel takes between 2-9 business days to create and ship. In some cases, due to item back order, there may be a slight delay (generally not greater than 7 additional business days)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during check out. Contact us if you have questions about your order.

Truejoy Unlimited LLC is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 


We ship via USPS (first class or priority). 

Due to the events regarding COVID-19, delays are worldwide with production/shipping times extending upwards of 2 weeks. Prior to COVID-19 delays, US customers could expect to receive their item(s) from Print on Demand vendors within 2-3 business days after orders were processed. 

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

In instances where items used for printing are out of stock, information referencing delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer.

We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrectly provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Truejoy Unlimited LLC.
