Return & Exchange Policy
Our products are printed using Print on Demand services, so orders can not be canceled after they are sent to production.
However, returns can be requested within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase, only if the product was damaged prior to receipt, unworn and unused with the original tags. After 30 days of purchase, no refunds will be granted.
To request a return, contact us at email@example.com, indicating the reason for the return and pictures of the damage. If your refund request is granted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and if your refund will be approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
Refunds will not be granted for sale items or gift cards. In addition, Truejoy Unlimited LLC is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order.
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want, is by returning the damaged item, and once your return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
